How do I network a USB Only printer by utilizing print server on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard without Active Directory?Note my printer is an old printer that ONLY Can connect to USB, it does not have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilitiesI AM NEW TO SERVERS so I don’t know ANY TECHNICAL TERMS AND CAN ONLY RELATE TO REGULAR WINDOWS 10 TECHNICAL TERMS that you may use.

migrating Print Server From Server 2012 R2 Standard to Server 2012 R2 Standard

Hi dears ,

I want to use Printer migration tool to transfer my printers from my print-server 2012 R2 To another one Server 2012 R2 Which already Contain some printers in same network and shutdown old one so I exported all my printers data to a file and came to a new
print server to import them but Unfortunately while I want to import the printers I get error saying :

Windows could not read printer data from the import file , issue attached

Printer is offline - Server 2012 R2

Its great to see that nearly five years later using Server 2012 R2 to manage the print server and windows 10 as the client that the problem has still not been resolved. I can print to the printer if I add a printer using the printers name or IP but the
Print server says the printer is offline. The only thing that ever works is to restart the print server and I have to do that three or four times a day.
