Windows 10: How Do I Open a Logitech Video E-Mail on Fall Creators Edition?

Hello, everyone. I'm using the Fall Creators Update edition of Windows 10, 64-bit.

I have a couple of old Logitech Video E-mail files. In previous versions of Windows, I was able to launch these files and view them. In the current version of Windows 10, I cannot.

I've tried the Troubleshooting Compatibility option, with no success. I've browsed the Logitech web site for troubleshooting tips, but didn't find anything. I've Googled the subject, without finding anything relevant.

So, I've come here. Does anyone here have any suggestions about opening a Logitech Video E-Mail file on this version of Windows 10?

Fall Creators Update Removed Mail Tile

Recently updated with the Fall Creators Update and now I have the "My People" functionality on the taskbar. What I didn't know was that I was going to lost the Mail tile from the start menu and Mail and Calendar would no longer be in my programs list.

So now it takes an extra step for me to click on "My People" then select Apps, then Mail. Is there any way for me to get back my Mail tile?

As an initial step, I suggest you to check for any pending updates in Windows. Follow the below steps;

• Press Windows key+ I to open the
  Settings.
• 
  Click on Update & security, then click on
  Windows Update.
  
• 
  Select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
