Windows 10: How do I open links from search highlights?

When I hover over or click on the image next to the search bar, I see the search highlights and all the possible links that can be clicked on. When I go to click on any of these links or pictures that will take me to another website, nothing happens, I can click on them as much as I want, and I can't use any of these links. Can someone tell me how I can open these links?Some examples of links I cannot click on are: Quote of the day, word of the day, etc.

  Are you not able to highlight the text or link by dragging the left click of the mouse?
  
• 
  Do you get options when you left click on the link or sentence?
  

I suggest you to drag over the sentence or link by holding the left button of the mouse and check if the issue is resolved. Right click on the mouse to show a list of options to do with the highlighted sentence or link.

Search highlight not working !

Oh, search highlights as in suggested content to drive clicks/views/ad revenue, not highlights of search results. Got it. Sorry for the irrelevant question.

 

Search Highlight !

Good morning, I downloaded the optional update KB5011543 today, I was hoping to get the "Search Highlight" feature in my search box but can't see anything ! I think the update came with various fixes but no sign of the Search highlights !! I have right clicked on the taskbar and checked search but nothing suggested ! Do I have to turn it on somewhere ?
