    How do I open the Documents and Settings in the C: Drive?


    I'm trying to transfer files onto a different account on the same computer, and the only solution I have found requires me to transfer them through that point. Anytime I try to open it, I'm simply told that my access is denied, despite having admin privileges on the account.

    Is is possible to move the Documents and Settings to a seperate HDD

    Hey all, i have my computer up and running again. I was wondering if there was a way to move the Documents and Settings Folder off of the C: drive and to a separate Hard Drive. I know you can move the My Documents folder over but i don't know if its possible to move the whole documents and settings folder?

    Any Help Would be appreciated

    Hello,

    I have conducted the above procedure and still cannot access my c:\Documents and settings folder .. I believe my system may have been compromised as I have received a message saying that my kaspersky cannot delete a file due to access not being available.
