Windows 10: How do I open TurboTax in my windows 11

TurboTax installs and updates ok on my windows 11 desktop but will not open. Not as administrator. Compatability checker figures i'm running Windows 8. Does anyone have suggestions? My windows 11 is up to date and the file works on my windows 11 laptop but not my desktop.

Unable to open pdfs while previewing print copy in turbotax

Turbotax is not allowing me to preview print copy and open adobe automatically receiving error. "Hmmm, the PDF Preview didn't work. We're not sure why. We recommend you save the PDF on your computer by selecting save as PDF. You can always open it and view it later." Adobe is up to date and using windows 11. Uninstalled and reinstalled the program using cd copies don't have the digital copies. I can see the pdf in adobe only by opening the file. Turbotax support believes the issue is with windows 11 settings or adobe. Any suggestions?

TurboTax software has been updated along with adobe being the current version. Windows 11 is up to date as well. Pdf files are set to open in adobe. TurboTax support says there's a windows settings that allows TurboTax to open adobe.
