Windows 10: how do I open windows sandbox on windows 11 to run windows xp to load an external disk program?

i'm currently running windows 11 and I need to run a home designer program compatible with windows xp and i can't find relevant information on how to load/ download windows xp, so can you send me a link to a relevant page with more information/ download page or just let me know if it's possible to.

Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading program list?!

Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading the program list (It never even starts displaying any programs) and I believe it may be that a uninstall program messed up completely and Windows can't figure out what programs are installed because of it. What is the problem? Please?

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
