    How do I "OPT OUT" REWARDS !!


    Hi to anyone who can help me!! I have lost count of the times I have "OPTED OUT" of Microsoft rewards!! I have got everything turned off in the settings but still they come back! Along with that annoying email "Ain't no sunshine when your gone" !! It may be a great scheme to be in when your purchasing things from the "Store" but not for me What bugs me is the fact you sign out the scheme but within minutes your back!! I have read one web page that says you can't leave so why the opt out!! Confused !Brian

    How to stop rewards notifications after opting out

    I think you've missed the point. To stop the rewards notifications I opted out some time ago. Subsequent to opting out, I continue to get rewards-related notifications, but this time the notification text reads something like "We are sorry to see you go,"
    i.e. sorry to see me leave the rewards program. Today there we six in the notifications panel. Therein lies the irony. I don't give a rip about the points. I just want any and all notifications related to the rewards program to stop. I am being spammed and
    I don't like it.

    If you don't wish to participate in the Microsoft Rewards program, follow the instructions on the opt out page. Know that if you opt out, you'll lose all of your available points. Consider redeeming your points before you head out.

    How do I "OPT OUT" REWARDS !!

    I want to get rid of racking up Bing Rewards

    The three suggested links you provided either are not relevant with the first one, or in the second case for customer support shows some message re a bad or unknown certificate or something. Re the last on your list, I am no way messing with my registry
    as one suggested, and none of the other messages were relevant or the things suggested did not work.

    BUT, I found success on my own:

    I found Bing.com and there was an icon with my rewards upper right. I clicked on it and found an Opt Out option, so I did it. Now I should no longer have an email folder full of unwanted reward notices.
