how do i override the systems control to give my account administrator the full permissions...

Okay so i tried to fix my windows security by installing security health, i did this because when i opened windows security to turn it off it told me that i needed to contact my IT Helpdesk. that's all fixed now but when i download the software that i know isn't a virus the windows security antivirus thinks it is. it gets deleted by itself, even though my windows security is disabled the security health check isn't, and when i try tol delete it it says i need the permission from "SYSTEM" and i searched how to fix this, i followed the steps of going into the properties of the file then security

    :)

    no administrator permission

    Hi Ryan,

Let us assist you to have an Administrator permission. To start, follow the steps below to enable the Windows Super Administrator Account.

    • Type CMD on the search box.
    • CMD will appear at top.
    • Right click on it, then choose Run as administrator.
    • Type this command & hit Enter: Net user administrator /active:yes.
    • After you enable the Super Administrator account, log out on your existing account then log into Super Administrator account.
    • On the Super Administrator account, you can now create an Administrator account or give Administrator permission on the existing account.

After you created an Administrator account, we suggest that you disable the Super Administrator account by following the same steps and using this command:
    Net user administrator /active:no.

Let us know how it goes.

Administrator Accounts Can't Change Permissions Anymore

I can access everything on the drive and do all the normal stuff such as creating files and editing them. It's more of an aesthetic change in terms of impact at this point. Perhaps some detail will clarify. When I test set "full control" and, then unchecked it to go back to what I thought was normal permissions, I did so by including the others listed as sub-permissions. Modify, R&E, List folder contents, Read, Write; they all got checked manually. Somehow, putting the checkmarks exactly the way they were, did not result in the same settings returning to normal.

It's as if there are permissions included in "full control" which are not included in the visible list of permission subsections.

    1. Click on the Start Menu button in the lower left corner of your screen and type "Cortana" in the search bar.
    2. Right-click on the Cortana search result and select "Run as administrator" from the menu.
