Windows 10: How do I overwrite a branded licenced install of windows 11

I bought a used desktop on ebay and am trying to do a clean install of Win11 using a flash drive created from the Microsoft installation media creator. But after the first reboot of the install process, it shows a splash screen for Carver School System. It evidently pulled a license from somewhere, decided automatically it was the pro version, and started trying to implement a security policy. It then said that the install timed out while trying to implement the security policy. When I told it to continue anyways it then had me log into an existing account or use a USB security key rather than

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 11 licence

Where did you get your Windows 10 licence, was that pre-installed on your PC, or did you purchase a retail Windows 10 licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

If Windows 10 was pre-installed or you purchased Windows 10 from Microsoft, then when you re-install Windows 11, it will automatically re-activate.

During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 11 on this PC', and activation will not be an issue

 

Vista Beta 2 Installed

Well first I defragged the drive, then go into partition magic and select "create a new partition" and make sure it is "after c:"

Then click the rest of the way through the menus, and in the lower left there is a list of pending activites and click "apply" and you will have to restart and before windows boots partition magic does its thing.
