Windows 10: How do I pay using mobile carrier?

I am living in the UAE and currently Microsoft supports our mobile operator Etisalat - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/mobile-operator-billing . However I am not able to find the "pay using mobile" button when pressing the "add a way to pay." I have checked the region in my settings to be in the UAE and it still does not show. Changing it to the US or the UK shows the mobile payment feature but it does not support our mobile operator. I need help.

Changing carriers

No, you are NOT getting AT&T updates. You will forever get T-Mobile updates. Whatever network the phone is on is irrelevant to the update process. When T-Mobile releases the update, you will get it.

The update doesn't actually come from T-Mobile servers. The short, short version of the update process is this:

• Microsoft makes update and sends it to their partners (manufacturers and carriers)
• Manufacturers add their customizations, or create new firmware
• Carriers add their customizations
• Manufacturers and carriers send their packages back to Microsoft.
• Carriers tell Microsoft when they want to release the update
• When the carrier says "go", Microsoft releases the update via their own Windows Update servers.

So as you can see, nothing is coming from T-Mobile servers, so it doesn't matter that you're now on AT&T, you're still at the mercy of T-Mobile.

 

Why cant i pay for videos with carrier billing
