Windows 10: how do i perform a clean windowswin10 refresh on a laptop

Hello Users Iam Dhwanskh just asking for a bit of helpi have been facing this issue when i try to open Windows PowerShel it opens for a split second and closes it self off same with settings i have been getting activate windows watermark even tho i have a windows Key connected to my microsoft account and when i go to check for the activation in settings the settings don't work and i can't access stuff that are held behind the windows activation and sometimes when i try to use my laptop it shows the watermark but nothing changes like the theme doesn't change but i can't access stuff behind acti

Installing Windows 10 Stuck

I, actually, was performing a full clean, wiping everything from the computer. Windows 10 came with the laptop. Where would I find the product key? Also, how do I get pass the Installing Windows page to perform the steps listed on the suggested post.

I have refreshed and restored Windows laptops before. I have never had this particular problem.

 

Laptop Refresh rate

Judging from the HP site and reviews I Googled, that the specs are very basic on the screen beyond listing it as an IPS. I would assume as such that 60Hz is the refresh rate of that screen, any higher and you'd see advertising about it in the software, on the box, maybe even a sticker on the laptop itself, on top of reviews and HP's own speck sheet for that laptop.

I would recommend you contact HP Support as they should be able to provide you with the correct answer. *Toast :toast:
