Windows 10: How do I permanently disable the annoying pop-ups in Windows 11?

The problem is really simple. There are little annoying pop-ups that appear throughout the operating system. Because this website is glitched and will not let me post jpegs or pngs I will describe this version of the pop-up that prompted this post. Every time I log in to my account A box with an arrow pointing to Edge appears above the taskbar saying, "Pick up where you left off Continue your online browsing from your phone to your PC with Edge." The stupid thing about these annoying little boxes is that I don't even have my phone connected to the PC ever. The Phone Link app was always hit or

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.

"Is this a game?" bar popping up, very annoying

I don't play any games on the computer, cannot solve this problem through the X-Box suggestions, etc. below. For me, the bar most often pops up when I am typing texts in a foreign language using the "Typelt" program. It is very annoying because it slows
down all texts when I have to stop for this pop-up. I would be happy to disable the game bar permanently. Does anyone have a suggestion? Seems to be a common problem on Windows 10 with many different applications.

i constantly get this pop up every 15-20 minutes. i checked in the installed programs but it is not showing. i tried to stop the service (disable) but it is not showing in list of services. please help me un-install it. I am sure that it is related to O.S as this pop up comes as i use different programs (in the above case it is opera browser)
