Windows 10: How do I pin File Explorer to Win11's taskbar?

I have a short cut to file explorer on my desktop, but every day, I find myself minimizing a bunch of programs that are open just so I can get to the short cut and click on it. So I want to know how to just pin it to the taskbar.This is for my company laptop, for which I do not have admin rights. So I need a method that doesn't require editing the registry. Thanks
