    How do I place a window above other windows?


    I have had my Windows computer for the last 2 years and I used to be able to place one window above other windows. I would right-click the window and click a button that would place it at the top of the screen. When I viewed another window at the same time, it would never appear in front of the window I previously right-clicked. I recently tried this and it does not work. It makes it hard to listen to youtube videos while writing an email. Do you know how to make this possible?

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
