Windows 10: How do I press the HOME key on Microsoft All-In-One Media keyboard?

I've googled this for a long time now and gone through user manuals etc. but I can't find any answers.
Have also installed the Microsoft keyboard software but no info there.

Media keys on Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard not working

The media keys of my
Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Desktop keyboard are not working.

When I press one of the affected keys nothing happens, but the whole keyboard freezes until I hit 15 more keys. Then all of these 15 key presses are executed immediately and the keyboard starts working normal again. (The action of the media keys is never
executed).

Additional info

• The equivalent keys on my laptops internal keyboard ARE working

• I think it stopped working with the creators update in early 2017
• I now have a clean install of Windows 10, so there should not be any system damage causing this problem
• The keyboard shows up as 'Designer Bluetooth Keyboard' under 'Keyboards' and also as 'Designer Keyboard' under 'Bluetooth' in the Device-Manager
• The latest keyboard and Intel Wireless Bluetooth drivers are installed
• The keyboard works with Ubuntu on the same machine

The affected keys are: mute, volume (up/down), previous track, play/pause, next track, brightness (up/down).

Step 1: You may check if the ALT key is functioning correctly in on-screen keyboard. It will help us to verify if there is any issue with the keyboard.

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

Microsoft Designer Keyboard - Media Keys Unresponsive

Hello, I have a Microsoft Designer Keyboard and Mouse combo - 7N9-00001.

I've been using it for a year with no issues, until 2 days ago. I paired the keyboard up to an Apple laptop and then back to my desktop. Everything appeared to be fine until I realized that the top media keys (volume, etc) were not responsive. Immediately
after pressing unresponsive media keys, the entire keyboard becomes unresponsive for several seconds. I have tried removing the device and repairing, the media keys work for a short period of time (10 mins) and then stops working and with all the issues as
listed above.

I have tried...

• Replacing batteries
• Removing device from Bluetooth menu and repair (multiple times)
• Uninstalling/Reinstalling drivers in device manager
• Attempt driver updates (Windows says latest version is installed)
• No third party drivers were used
• Restarting computer

I see that others have had similar issues after pairing to another device. I did not see or read a solution.
