Windows 10: How do I prevent OneDrive from making my photos read-only and photos displays black screens?

When I was downloading pictures from websites, I couldn't view them. The thumbnail looks fine, but when I view them, it only displays black and then sends an error message: I tried to delete Microsoft OneDrive, but it didn't work. The direction: C:\Users\name\OneDrive\Desktopshows that OneDrive is still there but didn't show up as "OneDrive" in the File Explorer.Also, I tried to open Microsoft Pictures to go into the settings to disable OneDrive, but it still displays black.I can just disable the Read Only option in the properties, but I want it to not enable Read Only on a picture file when

Photos - black screen

Photos opens as black screen, uninstall option grayed out. Tried repair ;and troubleshooter just tired loading for a couple of hours. It is not listed in store apps.

Has it been discontinued? is there a replacement.

If I open a photo, that opens the app and I have imported the latest photos taken.

In general, I’m gonna narrow it down, does your photos app see the photos in any folder in app data, yes I’ll see the folder apart of folders list but the pictures inside will not show In the collection. And again I say opening them will work it’s with it he app adding them to the collection. Check my previous post with attachments.
