Windows 10: How do I prevent removal of IE

I have a lot of equipment that only works with IE. It requires Active-X and the probably the IE renderer. Becasue of the Active-X requirement both for legacy and even new equipment in the Security Camera field, I MUST keep IE around for occasional camera administration and do not think Edge IE mode will support this. How do I prevent edge update from removing IE.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

A thought, Catherine. I'd like you to check in your list of installed programs, to see if there's anything that appears to be related to that hack tool.

If there is, I suggest you download Revo Uninstaller and choose to uninstall it. It'll clear out all remnants, both in the registry and folders. Revo

Either way, I'd run each of those removal apps again in those steps at the link I provided. It's important to follow every step. It just seems odd that hasn't been removed yet. In case there's a malicious app running in background, which can prevent removal,
run this small app first to kill the process. RKill

 

Prevent language from automatically being changed

• Since Keyla has stopped working.
• Two.
• When I test if the language stays after switching between programs - I switch to a different program, then switch the language, then switch to the previous program.

The steps you suggested didn't work, as I don't want to remove any of the languages.
