Windows 10: How do I print an image to its original size?

This isn't on MS Paint or anything this it just printing a Pokémon card to its original size, saved.

• Which application are you using to print the pictures?
  
• When you say, “preview unavailable” are you referring to the Print Preview?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer recently?
  
• What is the make and model of the printer?
  
• Which build version of Windows are you using currently? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

Please reply with more information on the issue to assist you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

I suggest you follow the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Open the Image
  
• 
  Press Control +P
  
• 
  Click on More option or Advanced Option
  
• 
  Select Paper and Quality and give appropriate size

We acknowledge your issue with print size getting changed.
Please follow the below steps and check.
Update the Printer driver.

Step 1. Press Windows and X keys together.

Step 2. Click on Device Manager.

Step 3. Print ques.

Step 4. Right click on the driver and tap on update driver
