    How do I print Dell directions from desktop


    A Dell worker left written instructions on how to do a diagnostic check on my laptop. She left it on my desktop. I tried to print it but a print option won't come up. So how do I print it?

    How to print a page of my desktop

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I understand your inconvenience. We will assist with it.

    To take a print of your desktop, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below.


    • Go to desktop.

    • Press Print Screen key from your keyboard.

    • Open Paint application.

    • Press Ctrl + V key.

    • If the printer is connected, press Ctrl + P.

    • Select the printer to print the page and click on
      OK       button.

    How do I print Dell directions from desktop

    Windows 10 not Printing on Dell 1320C

    Version Number is 10.0.14393.1613

    Build 160715-1616

    Yes I did directly connect the printer to the computer, still not responding. In several instances, the test page would go into queue, @ 6mb (seems large), but wouldn't print.
