How do I print/export complete Device Manager reports in Windows 11?

Hi, The results of searching for the above exact title found various links but none of the options match either of our 2 family PCs. For example, this link:https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/how-to-save-a-device-manager-report-to-a-text-file-786330aa-d4ca-feec-a7c6-bdbe76567702 because neither of the PCs have a "Printer Wizard nor the option to install a local "Generic/Text Only" printer or better said I can't find them.We have 2 PCs running on Windows 11 and each one has this https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-1300Mbps-Wireless-External-Receiver/dp/B09KKLCHZZ Auscoumer USB Du

    Print Management for Windows 11

    Hi Robinson,

Thank you for your help. I tried the method you suggested and get the following results:

Step 1: Run Windows Terminal (Admin) -- OK

Step 2: I ran the command and get the following error:

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

    Version: 10.0.22000.1

    Image Version: 10.0.22000.376

    Error: 87

A Windows capability name was not recognized.

Step 3: I assumed the Print Management console was not previously installed on my computer, and ran the installation command. I received a message saying the installation was completed successfully.

Step 4: I ran the command to check and get the following error:

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

    Version: 10.0.22000.1

    Image Version: 10.0.22000.376

    Error: 87

A Windows capability name was not recognized.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I tried the other command and the Print Management console was listed as "Staged" and not "Installed".

I'm still unable to run printmanagement.msc from Windows Run.

Are you familiar with this error? Can you help me with it? Thank you so much!

    Print Management for Windows 11

I'm trying to access Print Management in Windows 11, but neither running the printmanagement.msc file nor adding the feature from Optional features work. The list of optional features available for install doesn't include "Print Management", and it's not on the list of installed features. Is this feature removed from Windows 11? If so, how can I fix the problem of Windows not recognizing Adobe PDF as a printer anymore? I tried repairing Adobe Acrobat DC installation but that didn't work.

USB Printing Support Missing From Device Manager

I took a snapshot of and highlighted the rows of interest in DevManView

It shows Epson drivers installed. It also shows USB Printing Support drivers installed (the second of the two USB Print Support rows is for your Epson printer). But it also says the printer wasn't detected at the time you ran the tool. Sorry, I forgot to have you turn on printer on before running the report. Sorry.
Could you please run again with printer turned on?
    1. When you turn printer on/off are you hearing the USB connect/disconnect "ding-dong" sounds?
    2. Open Device Manager. Show hidden devices.
      • Anything change under the Printer or USB Categories as you turn printer on/off
      • When you turn the printer on, do you see an Unknown Device under USB?
