Windows 10: How do I proceed?

Hello! I am just gonna jump right into it, so I have been trying to reinstall Windows about 200 times EASY this past month due to my system just absolutely **** itself with constant errors and when the performance is so aweful to the point where I have to reinstall again, out of all those reinstalls maybe 3 of them were really successfully where I had exactly the performance I was expecting from a HIGH TIER gaming computer, somewhere down the line however things starts to go wrong and my system gets corrupt, I have noticed that my Registry dont ever change no matter how many times I reinstall

Macboatmastr, I followed your steps and activated the only toggle I found for activating Periodic scans. To which Windows responded: You have Norton Antivirus installed which is more comprehensive than what we provide we suggest that you turn off windows defender periodic scans. So, obediently, I toggled it off. and report back here. Should i still proceed?

 

Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.

1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination
   
   
   
4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
5. Boot up with your new HD.
