Windows 10: how do i put in location for sd/mmc reader

I have checked for updates and all are ok but show no location for sd/mmc drive

Im a proud owner of a Dell Axim X3i!
I use it for wifi internet, music, videos, finiishing powerpoint presentations and word documents on my way to school (I always do it that way, when I "forgett" to do'em @ home)

Well anyways.....
I wanted to add some memory. (for a copple of songs/pictures/bookmarks/documents)
I have 2 memory cards right now infront of me: 1x 256MB Sandisc SD-Card and 1x pqr MMC+ Card.
I dont really care about the SD-Writing protection feature.
What card is faster?
Are there anny other differences between them?
What do u guys suggest?
