Windows 10: How do I reactivate Windows 11 Pro after upgrading to version 24H2 from 21H2 seems to have...

Hi Microsoft Team, I have been using version 21H2 Windows 10 Pro activated on my laptop for over 2 1/2 years. Yesterday I upgraded to 24H2 an now My windows version is Windows and now my digital license or product key is invalid and so Windows cannot be activated. Could you please assist me in reactivating Windows? I am unable to find my product key but I have been using my Windows 11 which was installed and activated by my former Administrator after I purchased the laptop. Thank you for your help!

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

Print requests in Windows 11, version 24H2, remain stuck as “pending”

I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.

 

Windows 11 compatible but not even offered 21H2??

I have an HP desktop PC and a DELL laptop and both are suitable for Windows 11 although it has not been offered as yet. Both machines have received the latest Windows updates and are on Windows 10 version 21H1 build 1288.

1. I am not interested in upgrading to Windows 11 but, if the machines are suitable for Windows 11, why aren’t my machines being offered the upgrade to version 21H2?
2. Are there issues with 21H2 that caused Microsoft to put an upgrade block on it?
3. I am happy with version 21H1 and I assume I will not be offered the upgrade to Windows 11 until version 21H2 is installed. Am I right in this assumption?
