Windows 10: How do I reallocate Disk Storage?

I installed Pop! OS on my Windows 11 machine a while ago, and after continuously not using the OS on the dualboot, I decided I wanted to delete it just because I felt like it was taking up unneccessary space. However, when I went ahead and deleted all the partitions and everything, I tried to re-insert it into my C drive and it didn't work. Keep in mind they're all on the same disk, so I have no idea what the heck is going on here.

Reallocating Disk Space

I have 2TB of storage divided into two drives, C and D. I continue to get messages that I'm running out of disk space on drive C (currently allocated at 118 GB) so I tried to shrink drive D (with 1.4 TB of available space) in order to expand drive C. The
process of shrinking drive D worked per MS guidance but when I went to reallocate the freed up space to expand drive C the "expand" command was shadowed out and I was unable to expand drive C. Am I missing something in the mechanics of reallocating space?
Has anyone experienced a similar problem and, if so, can you share how this can be facilitated?

 

Reallocated Sectors

Greetings.

Since i formated my laptop the disk has been going from 60-100% i tried many steps but i found out the i have bad Reallocated sectors. So i wanna ask if it can be the reason as to why my disk is constantly lagging

Thanks for the suggestions … I have already moved my documents, pictures, etc. and ran disk cleanup … just found a somewhat hidden Apple Computer folder that is taking up a lot of storage. Not sure what to do with it.
