Windows 10: How do I recover a deleted file from the recycle bin in Windows 10?

Locate the recycle bin icon on your desktop and double-click on it to open it.In the recycle bin window, you will see a list of all the files and folders that you have deleted. To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Recovering a deleted email from the deleted items folder or Recycle Bin

I appreciate the help. The suggestion was not useful to me. I would appreciate more suggestion both regarding recovering deleted email from the deleted item file and/or Recycle Bin (for Windows 10).
