Windows 10: How do I recover an account I made for an employee?

I made an Mircosoft Account for an Employee and they have quit, but now I can't access that account at all, they have changed the password and recovery email. How to I solve this issue? We are being charged for Office And McAfee and I want to be able to deactivate these were that employee does not work for us anymore.Thank you

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
