Windows 10: How do I recover data after Windows 10 Error Code 0xc0000001??

I see plenty of answers about how to get Windows 10 system to reboot with recovery disk or USB drive, but I want to know how to recover my data before re-installing software and losing all of my data. Won't I lose all data if I follow the recovery disk directions?Can I not recover the data myself without taking it to a pro to do so for $2-300?Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

My pc is not restarting , its shows Windows 10 error code 0xc0000001 And file is missing named as werkernel.sys what shoud i do i did not want to loose my any data .

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
