Windows 10: How do I recover missing startup settings : Windows 11.

To be clear about the problem: If I boot into recovery I can access the blue pages 1-4, giving access to and progressing through Page 1. TroubleShoot: Page 2. Advanced Options: Page 3. Start up Settings: Page 4. Startup Settings [Restart]: When I press restart I am not taken to the Options page. I am left with a black screen and the need for a hard reboot. In desperation I have tried multiple tests and repairs including: TEST Success? From Windows 11 TerminalAdmin sfc /Scannow result OK --- Failed

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Windows 11 safe mode boot missing Startup Settings option

We are deploying new desktops with Windows 11. I was writing up procedures for booting in safe mode in Windows 11. There were many options to get to Troubleshooting option but all methods had steps :

1. After the computer restarts to the Choose an Option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
   

When I select the Troubleshooting option, my Advanced Options screen does not have a Startup Setting option. My only options are Startup Repair UEFI Firmware Settings

Command Prompt System Restore

Uninstall Updates System Image Recovery

How do I boot my Win 11 PC in safe mode from a cold start?
