Windows 10: How do I recover my account after being hacked?

I have been trying to solve this problem for the last 24 hours. I was recently the victim of a hack. I received 3 emails, consecutively, last morning that detailed the following: a hacker had not only changed my password, but they had removed both of my alternate/recovery emails and swapped them for one of their own emails. This problem should be easily fixable given that I STILL have access to my google account, the one with which the microsoft account was created, and still operates under, and yet I am unable to recover MY OWN account because I can't reset my password as a result of not havi
