    How do I recover my Bitlocker key? There seem to be an error when I open my account.


    I recently did the windows update. After the reboot I was asked for my Bitlocker ID Key. I never chose the option for a Bitlocker. I was told that me Bitlocker key would be on my Microsoft Account but when I go to access the Bitlocker ID invoice the page has an error with an image of a melting popsicle and says to try again later. What can I do? I need access to my computer and documents for work. This is seriously disheartening. Please help.

    My MS account has my device listed and a link to access my BitLocker recover key but it doesn't work, how do I get this? HELP!

    Recover BitLocker key from Key ID

    It doesn't work. The specific device I need to recover the key is not on the list, neither an option to retrieve the BitLocker code using its Key ID as the blue screen says.
