How do I recover my boot device?

During a migration of my PC into a new case, there were issues with the move assume my mistake and the device went to the BIOS. Motherboard is a 2024 z790 ASUS TUF Gaming. In the BIOS, I mistakenly clicked to enable Rapid Storage Technology and then Save/Exit and did not realize it until too late. Now the PC can no longer identify a bootable device. The only boot options listed were ipv4 and ipv6 ethernet options. I changed the RST back and the storage devices are seen there. However, none indicate as a boot device s an optionFirst, is all data on all drives gone? Or is only the boot

    :)
