Windows 10: How do I recover my files

boyfriend went and decided to upgrade and put Windows 11 on our PC ,Fresh start so everything on our computer is gone! completely! How do I get my **** back and I'm not talking Windows OneDrive cuz that I have still obviously. I mean I can't get into anything I want to be able to do my browsing history and all that good stuff you know I'll hell even if I am being nosy on his **** I can do it so just tell me why I got to doIt was Windows 10 but now it's Windows 11 and I want the files from Windows 10 on my Windows 11

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
