Windows 10: How do I recover my Microsoft Account when...

I am at a loss, My original account was fully compromised, an account made back in 2007/2008Due to the age of the account, 2FA did not exist nor did it needed a phone number.I have been fighting to attempt to recover my account for several years, I have all the information needed to recover it,but the person who stole the account added their own information to it and since they added their own 2FA, itgave them full rights to everything the account has. I can't even log into it with my own biometric fingerprint.Since my account is fully compromised, how in the world can I recover it?I have atte
