Windows 10: How do I recover my Microsoft and Minecraft ACCOUNT?!!?!?!?

I was playing a minecraft server known as Donut SMP. I wanted to join this youtubers discord and thought his discord was discord.gg/drdonut. HOWEVER, this was NOT the actual server at all. This server was filled with two scammers the admins named tricked and blood. They set up a discord bot known as "Minelink" that asked me to link my account, it asked for my email and minecraft username.
