Windows 10: How do I recover my precious photos & videos from my account? I am signed in at the moment...

Hello, I am in need of help to recover my photos and videos that were under my live.com email acct. I was able to reactivate it bcuz I had a recovery email and now I would like to transfer or download the photos and videos that were under the live.com acct. Can someone please help me. I have photos of my fur baby when she was 7 weeks old and she passed away in my arms this year in Sept. She was 12 yrs old. I would absolutely love to get them back. I've had this acct since 2009 and I just now was able to reactivate it. Please can someone help me recover my priceless photos and videos. I don't k

Photo and videos will not open

Having a damaged system file within your user profile might be one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing issues with opening photos and videos on your device. To further troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you create a test user profile.
Check if you will have the same issue with opening photos and videos using
the test user profile that you'll create. This is for us to verify if the issue is isolated with one user profile or with multiple accounts.

To create a test user profile, follow these steps:

• Using Cortana search, type Settings and then hit the Enter key.
• In the Settings window, select Accounts.
• Select Family & other people.
• Choose Add someone else to this PC.
• Click I don't have this person's sign-in information.
• Click Add a user without a Microsoft account.
• Name the user as TEST and then provide a password.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
