    How do I recover my ssd drive without a recovery key?


    How do I recover my ssd drive? My laptop was not listed in my ms account. There are zero devices in my ms account. I have the a key ID. Does that mean anything? A little background. My Lenovo laptop over heated and the motherboard went out. I removed the sdd drive hoping I could save the drive. The best case scenario it to unlock the drive. If I can't unlock the drive how do I reformat to re purpose it?I just want to say that Microsoft did not instruct their customers that their device needed to be added to their ms account. This should be part of the setup instructions so they can decide t
