Windows 10: How do I recover my windows 11 HP pc with error 0xc0000098 without a USB or disk?...

Now I'm not super knowledgeable on computers like at all so there could be things I haven't tried, but last week my computer showed a recovery screen with the error 0xc0000098, specifically siting winload.efi as the issue. I don't have a USB nor a disk, and the solutions I've found so far haven't been working or have been too confusing on how I get there.I'd like any help, no matter how small, to help me fix this little guy up. It has files that are quite important to me and I currently don't know how to get them at the current state + I'm not ready to buy another computer at the moment. I

Windows giving blue screen error code 0xc0000001 and 0xc0000098

When I enter the list disk command, it only shows the USB stick. When I do c:\dir, I cannot find a Windows directory but if I enter x:\dir , it shows a Windows directory. Don't know if that helps. But list disk only shows the USB to answer your question. Thanks...

 

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk
