Windows 10: How do I redeem my Robux from this app?

I've tried to do it already but after the Gmail/phone number thing I can't figure out what to do.

cant redeem robux

every time i try to redeem robux, it goes through but then when it is about to send the verification code via phone, it says: "sorry, there is a issue with your account or order. if i try to redeem sweepstakes items. it goes through just fine. but as soon as i try to redeem robux or any in game item, i get that message. please help. i just want my robux.

 

Are robux codes GONE FROM MICROSOFT REWARDS

thank you so much for the help, I was really worried about the Robux redeems being gone.
I almost forgot to mention that I set 200 Robux as my goal and I thought why not make my goal 400, so when I removed the goal and went to go search Robux redeem then I couldn't find it. Hopefully when the Robux redeems come back I'll have lot's of points by then.

 

Why was the 100 robux option removed?

I was redeeming a robux giftcard of 100 then it became 200 suddenly and I couldn't redeem 100 option, 200 option is 3k points but I have 1.5k perfectly for the 100 option. Please bring the 100 robux option back
