Windows 10: How do I redownload Windows 10 from BSOD with a Windows 10 Flash Drive?

One day, I was using my computer, then a notification popped up and said "Update your drivers", so I clicked it. When I did, it gave me a BSOD that said "Critical process died". I tried using cloud download and local download but they didn't work. The thing where you restore a previous backup didn't work because I never backed it up. When I plugged in the flash drive, it didn't show up on the device screen. Please help!I would put images but they wouldn't load :/
