Windows 10: How do I reinstall a Windows app

How do I reinstall a Windows app? I accidently uninstalled an app and I don't know what it was called! it's the app that you can talk to it has a face, that's all I know, except that it came installed with Windows 10 and it's not Cortina. I think I'll be able to reinstall it if someone can please tell me what the app is called, thank you.

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
