Windows 10: How do I reinstall Microsoft visual C++ 2019 X Additional Runtime?

While I was trying to download games to play on my new laptop, I was running into the problem of ‘vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi’ popping up and saying “the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable” and I was figuring out how to fix it through forums like this and through my dumb decision making skills and not knowing what I was doing, I had uninstalled “Microsoft visual C++ 2019 X Additional Runtime” and have no clue how to reinstall it back on to my laptop. Anyone have a clue how to help?

OK, it must be listed as Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Runtime or Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Runtime

Could you post a screenshot of what runtimes are found?
