Windows 10: how do i reinstall preinstalled apps

so all of my preinstalled apps were deleted after factory resetting my windows 10 ASUS computer and i don't know how to reinstall them

I suggest you to try the below methods and check if it works:

Method 1: Run the apps troubleshooter and check if it helps with the issue.

The Modern app troubleshooter can automatically identify and fix some problems with apps and the Store

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps below to reset the Windows store:

• 
  Press the “Win Logo” + “R”
  
• 
  Type: WSReset.exe and press “Enter”.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

Method 3: Try to perform system file checker. Follow the steps below which will help you:

• Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow.

The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%\System32\dllcache.
