    How do I reinstall the Snipping Tool for Windows 10 Pro 64 bit?


    A few weeks ago I began having a problem with the Snipping Tool.Instead of its usual cursor icon, I got an icon with a pair of scissors when I ran the snipping tool. And when I used that icon to select what I wanted to snip, I got a snip that was only half of what I selected.The only information I could find was to uninstall the snipping tool, then reinstall it. I successfully uninstalled, but I cannot find out how to reinstall. [One set of instructions I found suggested that the snipping tool was part of Paint - I uninstalled/reinstalled Paint, but that did not help. Other instructions sugges
