Windows 10: How do I reinstall the Windows 11 emojis on my computer?

I have a computer with windows 11. I uninstalled the Segoe UI Emoji file and the tiff file, because I was having issues with the old windows 10 emojis sometimes showing up instead of the windows 11 emojis.I thought uninstalling the file and restarting the computer would fix the issue, but now all the emojis look black and white, and some have boxes.Is there any way to reset my emoji fonts so its back to the win 11 version? Or perhaps reinstall the emoji file and put it somewhere? Thank you.

1. When you say “having NO EMOJIS”, may I know where exactly you are looking for the emojis?
   
2. What is the build of Windows 10 running on your system? To check that, press the
   Windows key and R key, type winver and press
   Enter.

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

Hi,

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:
Set up accounts.

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.

The Emojis you see on Phone Link are the Emojis available on the Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, the country flags are not available and there is not any option to add and/or remove Emojis from the system.

I recommend you send a suggestion on the Feedback Hub about the non-present Emojis, you can find the Feedback Hub on the Start Menu or by pressing the shortcut Windows + F.
