Windows 10: How do I reinstall Windows 11 from a BSOD?

Last night, my computer would not shut down when I was telling it to, and since it was late and I was frustrated, I held the power button and did a force shut down. When I tried to boot it up this morning, I got a BSOD with error code 0xc000000e, and I'm thinking that I probably have to reinstall windows 11. Just wondering how to go about doing that. Thanks.

Windows 11 reinstall

Hi there I'm using a dell inspiron 3501.

I always experience BSODs in my windows 11 PC. So now I'm trying to reinstall windows 11. I have backed up all the important files as well...

But at the moment I am confused whether should I reset my PC by removing all the files or clean install or a fresh start. Can you give me any suggestion and how the method actually works and the steps that I should follow to reinstall windows 11?

 

Windows 11 having multiple BSOD a day

I've noticed such a problem since 2 months ago. I've tried to replace my memory sticks. This is then followed by updating firmware and software. I tried to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 as well. My final step was to reinstall Windows 11. All the steps have been performed but the issue is still happening, in fact much more frequent than before. Below are the errors that I see while BSOD:

• WHEA Uncorrectable Error
  
• DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  

I've even run "sfc /scannow" and memory diagnostics, all return normal. I've no idea on what to do now. Hereby providing a .dmp file for your reference under my OneDrive. Link
