    How do i reinstall windows when almost nothing is working


    recently I've had problems with my windows and i tried repairing it using DISM and SFC scan but i would get the 998 error for DISM and the scan fail for SFC scan i've tried every step from this forum: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-update-error-0x800703e6-dism-error-998-sfc/7b6482fd-6356-4e4a-b310-016dfb9aa706 but since my pc wont even recognize an USB flash drive I tried just running the setup.exe from the iso folder I would then get error code 0x80004005 saying that windows could not determine the language to use for setupI've also tried reinstalling windo

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
