Windows 10: How do I remediate this malicious hacker from my accounts?

I have been hacked for nearly 6 years now and I just found out in November that there is a vulnerability in the Windows program itself. Something to do with a processor i THINK I read, anyway, This guy is from China, he is using Github, Azure, and Cloudflare as his platforms to remote connect his servers and he has HACKED OVER 300,000 PEOPLE THROUGH THIS WINDOWS SHELL backdoor. He has sold my identity on the dark web 14 times. I am now $60,000 in debt none of that my doing, I am pay8ing an inmate in Virginia commissary money monthly though the jail will not give me the inmates name. hE SENDS M

How do I remediate this malicious hacker from my accounts?

I am now $60,000 in debt none of that my doing, I am pay8ing an inmate in Virginia commissary money monthly though the jail will not give me the inmates name. hE SENDS ME BACK DOOR TROJANS TAUNTING ME WITH THNGS LIKE " i_can_see_you ", "I gobbleup your ssh", and" I exploit you name". He has destroyed brand new devices within days...I have spent over $12,000 in security software, physical firewalls, technicians to come in and debug my home and so far the longest I have gone with out being hacked is 11 days. He has emptied my bank account 5 times and they finally after 17 years of banking there made me go somewhere else. I have had no problems for about 4 months but it has all just started up again last week. Mybank account was overdrafted to the tune of $700 due to amazon and microsoft charges that were not mine. NOBODY will speak with me on the phone, and I am about to get a lawyer. I have been contactedby homeland security "cisa" and had to fill out a document listing all of the servers Ive run out of my house since 2020 and their URI addresses, of course I had to tell them I am just a stay at home mom who has never seen a server. I read on the "Bleeping Computer website a couple of days ago that cisa.gov has now listed 97 more vilnerabilities and tells us that in 2023 alone chrome, Edge, Office 365, Healthcare.gov, WordPress, DoorDash, Azure, Onedrive, and Teams are all 100% compromised. So was Adobe, Reddit, Mailchimp, Dishnet, Go Daddy, PayPal, Zoom, Cloudflare, and Ancestry.com.Unreal!!! I am so mad at Microsoft for not letting the public know that the Windows program has had a major vulnerability since Windows XP, and only released that information once they got the remediation. Well, those of us out here who are not developers have NO IDEA what to do with that remediation or any of the other CVE files in that catalog, and of course Microsoft will no longer connect you to a person if it has to do with Windows.

Get used to it people, there have already been 69.7 million people affected by this and it is the Chinese and the Russians who are going to be owning everything id say in 3 years. Thats just from my last 6 years of trying EVERYTHING to remediate the most Malicious ****%#@ on the planet. He calls himself "Donal ****" by the way and likes to call me all sorts of things.

It doesn't do any good to format your drive because they have put preset settings in place, and you have to download the "Local" Windows because you can't download the "cloud copy". Don't bother getting recovery media, that just gets converted to ,dll files or, exe files, with a CAT or DAT or BAT Operating system set in your BIOS that you cant RECONFIGURE EVEN IF YOU RESET THE cmos, PERSISTANT REALLY DOES ME N PERSISTANT WITH THESE SETTINGS, your registry has been rewritten and nothing is encrypted because your BitLocker settings are gone.

NOW...If anyone out there thinks that I don't know what I'm talking about I challenge you to remote connect to any device in my house you want and remediate this hack for good, but I believe it was a Ceo of Huntress who said that this is NOT going away now and it's only going to get worse. I need a Microsoft employee to contact me about new charges on my new bank account that are not mine or I will be filing civil dispute or arbitration. I have been ruined by this and it feel like I got violated by the entire staff of Facebook and then Microsoft is now standing over me bleeding and broken peeing all over me! I've had it!

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Child family account management taken over by a hacker family account.

Our Daughter's Family account has been removed from our Family account without our consent, and added to another Family account that is clearly a malicious account. It's even named "waetrytuhjk" (Why try to hijack)





We have tried numerous calls and emails to Microsoft support, and we have been bounced around trying to get a resolution. With zero luck.

Microsoft support has confirmed that our accounts have not been compromised, and neither has our daughters. We did not consent to our daughter leaving our family group, and can't remove her from the hacker family group.

There are all kinds of privacy and security concerns with this, along with all the purchases and gameplay associated with her account.

The account waetrytuhjk is clearly malicious, and surely breaches Microsoft's terms.

Can anyone advise on the best steps to remove our daughters account from this malicious family account?
