How do I remove a "Custom Icon Pack" installed in File Explorer?

My brother installed an icon pack onto my PC through unknown means, probably because he has an over obsession with "Retro Stuff" and now all of my files look wonky and out of place. Image 1 & Image 2 ImgurI've tried deleted the cache, deleting the problem files Both from File Explorer and the Recycling Bin, and using programs to "patch" the files, but to no avail. I would search the Directory but that seems too complicated, and there's no available restore point on my computer. Is there any other way to fix this problem rather than going in one by one and changing the icons?

    :)

Inability to open file explorer from start menu

I am not able to open the file explorer through the option on the start menu, or by clicking on the file explorer pinned to the task bar. When I click the pinned file explorer the window that pops up says "Windows cannot find ''. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." I am able to navigate through to my files by going to the start menu file explorer's jump list (clicking the arrow to the right of the file explorer option on the start menu). All of these issues began after I had been messing around with custom themes. I ran UltraUXThemePatcher_3.0.4 and then I changed the following files (themeui.dll,uxinit.dll, and uxtheme.dll). Next, I ran a registry editor file that made it so I can take ownership via right click. I also followed these steps in this article: [Windows 10 Tip] Remove Icons from Navigation Pane of This PC - AskVG
up to the end of "Part 2: Remove Quick Access Icon From Navigation Pane of This PC".
The last thing I did was install a custom icon pack.

    File Explorer file structure customization

    I suggest

1 Set File explorer to open at ThisPC
File explorer, View menu, Options [an icon on its right-hand end]: Open File explorer to: ThisPC

2 Tidy up the list of drives so they are not repeated. Once again, this is not altering any drives, only your view of them. All drives will be shown within ThisPC.

3 Clean up navigation pane - this might be what you described having just done.
In the clear area under the last entry in your left-hand pane ['Navigation pane'], right-click

How do I remove a "Custom Icon Pack" installed in File Explorer? 375254d1663214576t-file-explorer-file-structure-customization-expand-current-folder.png

    - Clear Show libraries,
    - Clear Show all folders,
    - Click on Expand to current folder to set it.

4 Close & re-open File explorer then post another screenshot of it when it opens along with your comments about what else you want to change.

    My comments

A You will sometimes see the whole tree shown as stemming from "Desktop" & your user name but with these settings it will not happen very often [and it will never open that way].
B I do not suggest hiding Quick access. I find it very useful for getting straight to some specific folders without having to browse down to them.

You might like the Recent items, Recent folders entries or you might not. If you would like them then I'll dig out the instructions for showing them. I don't use them very often at all.

Oh, the proper part is south of the Thames,
    Thanks for the rep,
