Windows 10: How do I remove a feature that doesn't exist or already uninstalled?

I recently installed SmartGit and tried it out, but didn't like it, so I uninstalled SmartGit but, I then found out that SmartGit is "still on my computer".

I've tried restarting my computer after the uninstall but stayed there, tried to find settings to disable it but couldn't.

This looks harmless, but I want to remove it since it keeps bothering me, is there a way?

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

 

Microsoft Teredo Tunelling Adapter doesn´t exist

My teredo tunneling adapter is non-existant on my pc, I´ve tried adding it by legacy hardware but it wasn´t there, I've set DisabledComponents to 0, it doesn´t show up when i view hidden devices and there´s no download for this driver apparently, I´ve
tried a lot of solutions and nothing has worked for me.

Please help me, i can´t play multiplayer games with my friends and neither use party chat on the Xbox App.
