Windows 10: How do i remove a pin locked laptop with a locked email

So , i started up my old dusted up laptop from its slumber and it is locked with a pin of an long forgotten waste email that i dont know the password to , moreover i dont know the password to the back up email that connected to that account as it was a waste email too which i believe could have been deleted unsure. so i am hard stuck with locked account and laptop. im trying to do the recovery form thing and its useless.when trying to select i forgot pin on the laptop the window that pops up gives me an error either way. so here i am trying to scrape what i can here as i cant get support an

i had a customer bring in a laptop that he had (for SOME stupid reason) locked the HDD, and Bios, with some type of third party software, the Only way i could get through the Bios lock, was to jump the Bios chip pins, since even after removing the CMOS battery there was still a small bit of power in there. But as for the HDD, I was stuck , and S.O.L. I hope You figure out a way, I'd love to know for the future if You DO. Good Luck.
